With over four decades of experience in finance and banking, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a genuine, client-first approach to every finance conversation.
I began my career in 1980, moving into banking and finance in 1988. I went on to build an accomplished career with ANZ, rising to the role of Business Banking Manager, where I specialised in servicing high-net-worth individuals and complex business clients. This experience gave me a deep understanding of sophisticated lending structures and the unique challenges faced by business owners.
In July 2017, I founded Finance Essentials, bringing my extensive banking background into mortgage broking. Since then, I've translated those skills to support a broader range of clients, including First Home Buyers, Residential Investors, and those seeking SMSF lending, while continuing to specialise in SME finance.
I hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and am a member of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia). I proudly service clients in Essendon, Victoria, and surrounds.
I take the time to properly understand each client's circumstances, drawing on my decades of commercial and business banking expertise to deliver considered, tailored finance solutions, whether it's a first home, an investment property, or a business loan.
Outside of work, I love travelling and cherish family holidays with my kids and grandchild. And if you're after an excuse for a coffee catch-up, I'm always up for one. It might just be the start of a great finance conversation.

My focus is the detail behind every application. I make sure each loan is structured properly, the client's story is presented clearly to the lender, and the paperwork is right the first time, so approvals move forward without surprises.
I work across residential, commercial, business and personal lending, and I enjoy the variety. One day it's a first home buyer weighing up their options, the next it's equipment finance for a growing business. Whatever the loan, my aim is the same: give you straight answers and keep you informed at every step.
